Cathedral Messenger

Published on a weekly basis since 1941, The Cathedral Messenger is more than just your average church newsletter. Always striving for excellence in both content and format, the Messenger contains a detailed order of service for each Sunday's worship as well as a lead article reproduced from one of our previous Cathedral Messengers. Our spiritual leadership views the Messenger as a pulpit from which to address not only the congregation at Westwood Hills but the larger body of churches of the Stone-Campbell heritage with which his congregation identifies. Among the Messenger's nearly one-thousand subscribers are current and former members and friends, former students, personal acquaintances, interested observers, and Bible College and Seminary professors. We consider it a great privilege to speak to such a diverse audience, always bearing in mind the words of Edward George Bulwer-Lytton: "The pen is mightier than the sword."
